Figuring out my wiring for the nav install and cleaning up the holes I drilled in my center console.

I also got an idea for my aftermarket flares. If this clip (fender liner) fits in the fender, then I could use this modded screw (tailgate panel) to screw the flare to the fender and get rid of the two small clips and screws that were used in the instructions. One problem I see is that I'll need a lot of screws, maybe on Amazon?

I have to pull the flares back off anyway, so...

I’m going to reroute my power to the driver side this weekend. since that’s how my fridge opens it has to be on that side. Possibly going to order a roam rugged case to go on the other side so we have a place for our gear

I swear to god this truck is eating me out of house and home.

After a full summer of work: shock/coilover rebuild and recharge, replace uniball on UCAs, replace shock/coilover spherical bearings and spacers, replace carrier bearing and all 5 ujoints, rotors and break pads, repainting and adding supports to roof rack, installing rear HC bumper, swapped spindles, sound deadening the interior...

I realize that the ball joints and bushings on my LCAs are shot and *my inner tie rods are bent and seals are shot in my steering rack. Although I dream of beefed up all new long travel suspension... next best option for me is OEM. I’d rather replace the LCAs and steering rack than try to rebuild them. The Wisconsin winters have been rough on the metal under my truck anyways. So random online discount Toyota parts place to the rescue. Quote for parts from my local dealership was astronomical.

You managed to BEND your rack?! I’ve only ever blown seals, or seen people bend tie rods. How’d you come to that determination?

That’s what I meant. It’s been a long day. I was being a lazy typist. Bent inner tie rods and warped leaky seals.

Looking for some help on "Theft Deterrent Bolts". I am trying to decide between the torx with a pin in the center, or spanner head bolts. Anybody have good or bad experiences with both?

Funny story Randy, my wife has an eye for the details and is always correcting me. So I call her Semantical Nancy. I see you are the same way.
