Jeez guys, some of you make your trucks look like squad cars with all your mounts and electronics. This is 2020, why do you need all that clutter? I just keep my phone in my pocket. If I need navi, I plug it in to the usb to use Apple Cap Play and throw the phone underneath the center console out of sight.

Taco garage DSM , I do have Ram x grip on the way to try out. I use factory navigation but tend to use waze and Google maps on the fly when needed. 20200824_171325.jpg

I use the charging pad. I don’t have a case on my phone, so it charges pretty good.

I took this apart & stuck the magnet to the horn (steering wheel) with silicone. That way it's directly in front of me.

I put mine in the hole under the radio...my truck has the wireless charger but my phone isn’t compatible...or in one of the cup holders ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I don’t drive too crazy so it stays put, iphone 7 if that matters

I made an "always on" usb from the fuse panel and ran the wire to my dash camera and my phone. I have since tied a black hairband to keep the charger close to the cradle when there isn't a phone in the cradle. Love this spot for the phone. Tucked away, but always there.

I don't have android auto in my '16, it's helpful to have it on the Hondo mount so I can control music and use Google maps (in the rare instance I need to on Guam )

I just leave it in my pocket . It gives me more of an opportunity to look for people that are distracted by there phones while driving . Not insinuating that your a careless driver but there are plenty out there .

You sure you don’t need just one more screen in your face while your trying to drive? I can still kinda see the road through there.
