    Normally I would agree with you but it's birthday money, screw practicallity and fuel economy! I vote front bumper unless the regear is a pressing issue to make the truck a functioning off-road vehicle.

    I'd regear. You're on 35's so it'll make an enormous difference. Do the bumper next, then the winch.
