I'm to lazy and go back through all my posts but yeah I posted this issue back in February I think. Good luck dealing with ARB. They basically said its normal and then stop answering my emails and calls. For reference my are the HD leafsprings.20200202_121704.jpg 20200202_121651.jpg

    Never enough
both of your bump stop setups appear to allow for significant negative arch at full bump. This is likely a contributing factor to the shortened lifespan and sub par performance. My understanding is negative arch should be avoided whenever possible which is difficult the way taco rear ends are set up

While true these leafpacks are designed for tacomas as a direct replacement. If they had designed them to be used with a taller bump that should have been listed in the description on their website.

Common problems with those leaf springs on the 2nd /3rd gen newer Tacoma.
If it was an early 1st gen, you'd have an awesome stance.

I'd be in. Would need to go get my truck weighed and all.

Have been debating the Alcans and Deavers the last few months since @Ironcross6921 's issues.

Yeah I'm in for a group buy. At least I know Alcan stands behind their product.

For now, the company has been for sale for a while.

I'd go Deaver the u402 packs are pretty good ans covers most trucks added weights.

I bought mine at Toytec, so I guess I'll go down see what they say before trying to deal with ARB.

2 wheeling trips since these were installed, granted 1 of them was 8 days long with a few hours off road every day.

I specifically asked about bump stops when I was buying the leafs, and was told I wouldn't need to change them based on the mods I was making. If upgraded bumps would have helped, I don't know why TT wouldn't try to make that sale and avoid a customer being disappointed less than a year later. Clearly I won't be the first person they've had come back due to this poor quality product.

I bought mine through Lowrange Offroad and was told I would need to deal directly with ARB. You might want to have them tell ARB that these issues are being talked about widely on tacoma owner forums and they need to address them.

@thefatkid Thoughts on T-SB-0062-18 ? Meant to fix the "Stumble" on wide open throttle but see a lot of guys saying it just goes back to normal after a while and the "ECU relearns".

Similar thing happened to my truck after I got the TSB flash for gear hunting while going up hill, went back to how it was shortly after I think
