    I recieved a phone call today from the owner of a 5acre property that touches the front of mine. He accepted my offer of $14k. But shortly after I made that offer I received a text from the owner of the 45acres behind my property asking me if I would be interested in buying it. So I'm waiting for her to contact me back with a price, hopefully it's a price that I can handle.

    I'm hoping for a reasonable price on that 45acres because only about 20acres of it is walkable land. The rest of it is mountainside that drops straight down to the r/r tracks along Low Line rd.
