Maybe I’m in the minority here and that’s fine if I am.. but I’ve also killed my fair share of hogs but the vast majority I’ve left to the scavengers. They are a major problem in my home state and they continue to obliterate anything in their path. I value ethical hunting practices, but I hate pigs lol so no judgement from me

c’mon then! My buddy’s family is turning our trip into a vacation for them so I politely told them all to stay out of my way and all will be well lol. I plan on staying out the entire time though so they can party at the cabin all they want

We don't have many hogs around here but I'd have no problem leaving one.....if I didn't have someone to give it to.
I've killed 10 or 12 coyotes and I have not eaten the first one.

I kill every hog I can. And I only keep sows that are under 100lbs for eating. My favorite are the piglets as they fit perfectly in the slow roaster.

Yep, its not like they are endangered...if you get some edible meat, great. If not ...target practice

I like watching the vids where they shoot pigs out of helicopters -jealous-

    Did you get your sign?
    I love old signs.
Found this one last season on an old old jeep trail that is now just a goat trail you can barely do on a built up quad or full on rock crawler.
    Screenshot_20200825-162522_Gallery.jpg

And I grabbed this one also off the ground in the same area that used to mark a road that is long gone and someone ran it over and broke it.
I killed my first buck there with my dad so I made it into a custom mount for a led tail on my quad.
Its like pop is still with me every day

Heres a couple more I have handy.
I have a nice oldold one like from the mining/horseback days I found on a hunt many many years ago hanging on the fence at pops house.
Thanks for reminding me, Im going to grab that.

Not yet. Ebay has these from time to time that are a little bit more "weathered". Gotta be quick on the trigger as they go quick. Also looking for old metal PA hunting licenses. They can ususally be found but ususally high $$.

I knew I shouldnt have tossed those plates.

Yeah it was whole, only missing one half of one tag that was torn off and attached to the antler.....until a puppy got a hold of it.
Luckily I caught him in time before he shredded the whole thing.
