New VFtune install

All 2.0 tunes are Octane Learning. Prem and Reg just note the ignition starting points.

Find what works for you.

IMHO, the differences are just throttle response. Base 87 on the mellow end and SFOB 91+ on the snappy end.

 

@tonered: oh ok cool. think ill try base super fob since im still running 87 (still at half tank), but i want the quick throttle. is those files that infernal taco posted the ones located in the taco tune pack? if not is there a place where i can see all thats included in there?

 

Sorry, but Base SFOB isn't a thing. Guessing SFOB Reg?

@Infernal_Taco is not your same ECU. You only want to use what is in your Tune Pack or for your ECU. 04B40 or 04B41?

 

SFOB made a huge difference for my OR. Throttle response and overall power
is increased noticeably.

 

@tonered: i was thinking about these until atleast i run the tank to empty and refill; i though this was considered base super fob lol. probably next week ill get the taco tune pack. those files that infernal taco posted i thought those were all the files included in the taco tune pack.

I currently running 04B90 2.0 Prem SuperFOB. Was previously running 2.0 Prem Base. Both a great improvement over stock, but the Super is huge difference

 

you want regular SFOB.

Regular SFOB Dump is for people with OVT dump tubes.

 

I am running 04B14 2.0 Premium base. It is awesome.

 

Running 93 octane with Premium base?

Those are both SFOB. Base is the ones that are not SFOB.

 

Yes. Base tune with Prem starting ignition settings. They'll all Octane Learning regardless.

That is it unless you specifically request an older tune. Not very many of those for the 2019s other than 1.05B.
