I bought a vat of ATF today to do my trans solenoids. The pan apparently holds around 8 quarts. Should be fun with some spark plugs tomorrow. Oh and a MUD user is sending me an engine harness so I can replace my crusty one.

Sounds like a lot is in the works. Is there a filter in the pan?

Engine bay must be pretty gnarly if you are wanting to do the harness

Early wake up time to go stumble around the forest in hopes of wandering into a bull elk in the morning. Then go sit in a blind with an ol gal for the evening.

It's not really a filter, more like a screen.
My engine bay is super clean but on US 80s that had EGR, the harness is known to fall on the pipe if the plastic clips break and that makes em crusty. Mine had a repair done to fix it, but it was kinda hacky. So I'm gonna do it the right way with a fresh harness.

What does one even do with a 299,999 mile A340F with an A340E output shaft and tail housing.

Yeah but I'd rather it have an A340F output shaft. It's useless in a 2WD configuration. Might watch eBay for a few months and see if a stray one appears.

The whole transmission is a potato anyway. It eats power and shits dissatisfaction. Manual or bellhousing conversion for an A442F

I rent out a 3 acre field for a farmer. And he plants my 1 acre food plot as rent. I buy the seeds and he just plants it.
