Why is it, that as soon as you think you reach a good spot with your truck, you decide you want to change everything you just did?

I’ve damn near rebuilt the entire truck this summer and I’m already looking to redo the suspension.

I see why a lot of those O2 sensor shields get removed. Not a lot of room to work with it still attached.

It's not the destination, it's the journey bro.

But in a serious not, for me I like working on the truck so I always find a new project for it. Sometimes I thinki like working on it more than driving it.

What do I paint my spindles, CVS control arms and such in to prevent rust, I go to the beach often so I worry about that

I would prefer it to be from a can

Went to Michaels and picked up a White Sharpie Paint Marker. Cleaned with Simple Green, Alcohol Wipe, dried and then painted letter with a sharpie.

I would use CRC Marine Corrosion Inhibitor. I pick it up for $8/can at my Autozone. It’s cosmoline in a can. Cover the rubber and spray liberally. Let it dry for 24 hours and it will leave a waxy coating that will stay water proof for up to 3 years

Subbed for answer. Mine does the same. I don’t think it’s just the “taco lean” though. Since the front doesn’t lean the same.
I have brand new J59’s and the rear of my truck hasn’t changed other than the height. But still leans the same way

Im interested. I suppose you could avoid taking the bed off? Only drawback is the possibility that drilling holes in the C frame could cause a weak spot. That and what it might cost.
