Have you went back and re-torqued all your bolts Phil? Especially your u-bolts, which should be re-torqued a few times after installation.

6 more mph and she's a cat 5. Looking like Hurricane Michael Devastation. We have designed and built 20+ Stacks in Port Arthur over the years. They will be tested to their max tonight for sure.

Need some help. Does anyone know the size of the washer above the steering knuckle?

The UPS man delivered my jba ucas at 730 tonight. Couldn’t help myself, went ahead and installed both. I looked all in the box and it looks like jba didn't include them

Just measure the width of the bottom of the control arm and the bolt going through it.

Yes very sad. We have friends in Orange Beach and Mobile. Thankful for it not hitting our home state, sickened that it's hitting anywhere and will inevitably cost lives. Itching to go serve with our Church like we did for Hurricane Michael if needed. Hands and Feet.

That’s what I tried to do. I found a washer that fits over the bolt portion but then it tapes out wider toward the top, it’s a weird size

That washer on the top there to me prevents the taper of the ball joint from fully seating into the spindle. I'm 99.99999999999999% sure that washer is 100% supposed to go on the other side under the nut that's how all that I know of are. I couldn't fit it due to my spindle gussets so I left it off.
