Thats not a seat cover, it's re-upholstery, which by the way if he would of added that option, well it's a no brainer - Leather all the way !

I found this site which has a lot of options (still deciding between two myself) customer service is great.

    http://www.shearcomfort.com/

They don't make them for 2011. 2008 is the latest in a lot of seat covers for tacoma's I'm finding, even from the dealer.

If you want good fit and style- Wet Okoles seem to be the best option in covers. I just got mine in the last group buy (20% off)- I am amazed at how much cushioning they add and warmth. It just hit -9 degrees Celsius here in Vancouver and I find that the seats only feel cold for the first 20 seconds when I get in the truck. When I first put them on, I thought that they did not fit that well, but after letting them mold to the seat and readjusting they seem to fit like a glove.

I have heard good reports about Shearcomfort in terms of- well sheer comfort. As with all wool products, they probably are great for heat insulation and resistant to rot/mildew. I just don't think they look like a part of the vehicle- they are obviously seat covers.

Leather is probably the most deluxe option. I considered this when I was deciding, but felt that I was not willing to put in the effort of pulling my seats out of the vehicle and also spending 2 to 3 times as much as the Wet Okoles.

I got some neoprene covers from Cover King at Costco. They were cheaper than the Wet Okoles and I've been really happy with them. They fit great.

Did you go to the website link I posted? They don't just make 'sheep skin' seat covers (I don't like that look in a truck either) they make all types. I was most interested in their camo designs.

Do you have a direct link to the 2011 covers specifically, please? I didn't find them. Could you have just purchased the older model covers?

Those neoprene Shear Comforts look nice- I have not heard reports on them.

Re Wet Okoles for 2011- as far as I know the seats are the same as earlier models. TRD seats are the sport buckets and SR5 seats are the standard buckets. When you order the covers they ask all kinds of questions about the seats in your vehicle. My '09 SR5 has the tray back table on the passenger side and attachments for a child seat. WO was able to accommodate these options with no problems.

OP, what's your budget? If you can spend a grand, maybe leather would be an option. If you want to stay shy of $500 then check out WO. If you want to go lower, check out the cheaper options...
