Thanks Dan, the kind words are very much appreciated. We're all friends more or less. Some disagreements here and there but we're all here because we share a common interest and a passion for our Tacomas. It's a great site with a lot of talented and knowledgeable people with lots of great ideas. Best Tacoma site on the net hands down.

A few minutes ago my wife asked me, rather directly, "And you think you'll actually use that?" referencing my victory 4x4 bedside molle panel and my intent to use it to hold my rotopax water bottle and a molle pouch for tiedowns.

I didn't have a good answer other than "I was going to use it as a back rest".

Was told last week my telecommuting will be Permanent. So we decided to make the best and travel while I work.

MA is having a tax free weekend so I arranged with my local tire shop to put through the snow tires I wanted to try out for this go-round.

I went with Nokian Hakka R3s in 265/70-17 I’ll be putting on a set of FJ Cruiser steel wheels. I’m excited to see how they will look.

Just installed these Go Rhino Dominator DSS side steps today. I originally considered just finding some predator steps to slap on but spotted these online. I like the lower profiled look. I think they turned out pretty good.

Well, you learned what not to do. Decals are one of the cheaper mods.

I was looking at the hike but they wanted 26 for the bunk house hike and 19 for the bunk house Minnie so figured I would go that route as the only thing you loose is the rail exoskeleton system.

Welcome back buddy. Glad to see you are out of the dog house.
I’m feeling lazy. I may have to PM you next week for the part numbers and such. I now have a whopping 8200 miles in 18 months.

I’ve done that before on another vehicle. Now I use a couple of drops of baby shampoo mixed with water in a spray bottle any time I apply vinyl decals.
