    2020 Quicksand TRD OR, sold = 2006 GX470 (past 85, 2-1987 pickups,90, 92, 96 pickup, 2000 xtracab, 2002 double cab)
Ironman Foamcell 3" lift, ARB dual compressor, GoPro mount, BadElf mount, Drive grab handle, RCI skids, Victory sliders, half rack, TuffStuff Alpha ll RTT, Dometic 75 Fridge, extra USB & Outlets
Salesmans in Fayetteville AR and in Colorado Springs, CO, both told me that AG was only going to be on one of the special edition, I don’t remember which one, for 2021. I was really interested in getting this color. This was two weeks ago, so you information might be more up to date.

Now I no longer care, I picked up a new Quicksand TRD Off Road, premium off road, tech package, floor mat & door still protectors and bed mat for $39.8k

never understood it - its not for fording (not functional), and not cheap, (and IMO not particularly attractive as a result).

Not true. AG will be available on the OR as well ... at minimum. I haven’t looked at other trim levels to confirm, but did look at the OR builds and AG is (will be) available. This information was available back in May, so it should have hit dealer land well before two weeks ago.

Congrats on the QS! That color won’t be available for MY21.

Quicksand was first choice, then green, so it worked out

I'm talking to a local dealership to get an order in for an AG sport. Just reached out today so it's recent recent.

Dealers are dumb. Salesperson told me there was no difference between the 19 and 20 Pro. I know they were just trying to move the 19 out of their inventory.

All the dealerships around here won’t even attempt to allocate one. Sad really

Right, that's insanity even with some tax credit, I thought paying $39k for my $44.8k MSRP truck was getting a bit ridiculous. Crazy people are okay paying just at or MSRP, patience will pay off for those who can wait.

Somewhere on here I read that you can get a AG Sport as long as it comes with the premium pkg

Leather w/sunroof is a requirement so I have been talking with them about the Premium packages. So that makes sense.

False. That’s either your region choosing to allocate them only in that config or the dealer convincing you to buy more truck.

Tacoma/ Trail Boss is like comparing a canoe to a powerboat. Maybe you should be looking at a Tundra if you need that much more power?

My intention wasn't to compare the 2 side by side.... just that after experiencing the Trail Boss's overabundance of power I thought it'd be nice if Tacomas had a little more Hp under the hood...without having to spend 6500$ for a Magnuson ....

I agree, if the Taco had at least 300hp/tq from factory that would be great.

Sadly, even though it doesn't, it really isn't that far back in terms of acceleration, and Ovtune increases the use able powerband quite a bit.

Taco became really fun to drive after that initial TSB and then OV.

Personally I am probably going through with my trade in due to Carvana paying me quite well for it and finding an insane deal on a low mileage TRD DC Tundra.

It's only 5 inches wider so the vehicle being much bigger is more of an illusion imo lol.

Just hoping the handling and fun factor is like the Tacoma's, otherwise will sell it in a few months, come back and slap a SC or OV turbo on a new Taco and call it a day:D

I'm in between fort lauderdale and Miami. they try to peddle base model vehicles for premium prices down here. so it's just getting annoying. im starting to think i might try one more dealer with the ordering or allocating and if it doesn't pan out, i'll just go wait til 2021 models start appearing on lots down here and around central florida.

Curious why didn't you didn't get one off the lot to try and get below MSRP? That's Pro territory.

And what's in the premium package now?
