I went up one size to 265/75/16 on stock suspension and I have zero rubbing issues and have tried everything i can think of to get them to rub. This is supposed ro be the biggest size on a 16 you can go without rubbing on stock suspension from what most people say

 

Likewise for me.

 

Yep and FYI it is 265/70R17 if you have the Sport or other 17" wheels.

 

Just chiming in, with most OEM wheels / stock yes, but certain offsets will cause some rubbing with those tire sizes on stock setup.

 

Good point. I think on the Tacoma TRD Pro 16" wheels and the fairly common 4Runner TRD Pro 17" wheels that people put on, those sizes are still good though, right?

 

Yes sir! OEM usually keeps a less aggressive / negative offset or stance to tuck closer up under fender.

Hey guys, put on eBay cement painted bumper caps. I've had chrome, black and now body matched and these are my favorite. Super clean.

They look nice, but unfortunately offer absolutely no protection. One of the peeves I have with new pickups and one of the first things I replaced.

 

Agree, cheaper for fender benders. The frame is the safety/stiffening thing.

Swapping the headlights to either Morimoto XB's or Alpharex Nova's (waiting to see long term reviews on the Nova's, seems a little cheap/sketchy but I dig the quad projectors.)**Honestly, anything's better than the cheap aftermarket headlights I have right now. I got hit by a drunk driver head on, first month I had the car, and my insurance boned me with the repairs.

**Throw me some RTT ideas, hardshell only. As of right now, I'm swaying towards the iKamper Skycamp Mini but lead time is too long.**

Just got back from a 2700 mile road trip to Telluride from SF. Here are some highlights. She looks good in the desert.

SCS Ray 10 17s with 265/65r17 Goodyear Wrangler Duratracs. Best setup I have had on the truck, I love it.
