    Good morning Gents,

    long time member here, originating in AZ, then to GA, now here in NC. I should finally be stable here in NC for at least 3 years (unless the Army says otherwise).

    I just wanted to reach out and introduce myself and ask for some guidance as to good wheeling spots here in NC. I’m stationed on Ft. Bragg, but the Army has me on a “NC only” leash due to COVID.

    Anyhow, I look forward to meeting you all and am happy to be settled down for a couple of years.

    Lost coast is like 25 miles from you. Look up Usal Beach. Trails running north from there too. Look up shelter cove and needle rock.

    You have some good options inland too with an hour two, check out Pillsbury hull mountain. Plus lots of easy forest roads off 20 in Jackson Deomstration Forest.

    Spent a lot of time up there. That BBQ spot right on 1 in town is great. The tuna sammies at the harvest markets (1 in mendo and 1 in Fort Bragg) are delicious. You can stamp a card too for a free one every x purchases.
