Anybody have beadlock wheels that will work best for 35s? Haven’t come across one I like with 4” back spacing.

Just keep in mind that a beadlock wheel is usually wider than what it says, these kmcs are about 9.75 inches wide when mounted.

I just sampled my friend's 315/75r16 on my 3rd gen.

@JoeCOVA original post says you run 4" BS and -12 offset. I have 4.5" BS (16x8 Method 701) and I clear UCA just fine, but at full lock Im touching the shock resi. So I pulled the wheel and put on a 1.25" spacer i had in the garage and the tire clears the resi but my BS becomes 3.25 and good god that's really poking. At full lock the other way I stuff the tire at the outside of the fender

Anybody run Fox 2.5s with resi that can chime in how you did it? I'm considering ordering a smaller BORA spacer but before I do that I'm posting here.20200823_174921.jpg

EDIT: I saw this but howd u mount them and how's it holding up?
Also hi @CGoss. U get that flange repaired?

I cut the fox mounting bracket and welded it to the top of frame rail. I was able to rotate fittings and angle them down to get maximum tire clearance.

Got a reply from them recently. $200 for the part (stellar built relocation kit), $500 install.

Can always look into a conversion. My wheels are an OMF conversion of SCS SR8s

Should be going 35's in about a month or so. Fenders already trimmed, really need to start banging on the firewall. Any inputs on gearing? I was planning on 4.56 but now I'm unsure (vs 4.88). 15' Auto

I emailed them about converting some wheels and cost and such got crickets. I want something different than everyone else has or that's on the market.
I went with 4.88s and with 35s it feels like it is stock again. It's not that bad of rpm at hwy speeds (65-75). I'm glad I went 4.88s over 4.56s. Just remember it's not just the final rpm at cruise speed you are also having to get moving a lot more weight and further away from the axle too. So you gotta figure out your happy place of accel performance and cruise RPM I went with a higher cruise RPM (really not much more than 4.56s) to get better low end and accel performance. I can still get about 15-16 mpgs on the hwy.

15 to 16 hwy on 35's is more than I expected. Full armor dront bumper?

Literally 50% of people say 4.56 and the other say 4.88. It’s more of a commuter vs dedicated off-road truck at this point. But I do plan on getting front/rear bumper which will add a lot of weight

It's not that bad I'm at ~2600 at 75ish (74-77) all that extra weight definitely plays a toll on the performance of the truck too.

Yes all but rear bumper. Frame plated, extra bracing, 63 swap, shock relocation, decked, tools, spares, spare tire, etc. It's a heavy pig. I just gotta keep my foot out of it and just cruise nicely around 65-70 to get that.
