Let's Talk Lift/Level...Any 2" front - 1" rear Levels?

I’m running 265/75/16 with spidertrax on stock off-road wheels now. Gives a great stance IMO.Not much difference in weight. Definitely keep track to see mpg hit. I have a ways to go on my tires. My Wife would flip her shit If I started shopping for new tires already LOL!! Look forward to See the new tires.

 

Just sell them and get a new pair of the same kind! My 265s are brand new so crossing the fingers my wife won't notice the size change

Nice! Did you stick with your stock springs with the 5100s or go the OME route?

 

I maxed out 5100’s. AAl in rear. Imo it’s fine for me. It’s a truck. The e rated tires alone would cause different ride. Didn’t want to have sagging issues with ome coils. Very pleased with results. I also spoke with Bilstein direct they said 5100’s are meant to be used the stock oem coils. Just my opinion. Lots of them on here. LOL

For a 2” / 1” kit . Are the front spacers only supposed to measure 1”?

 

Yes 1” spacer = 2” front lift. You could fit 265/75/16 no problem with that set up.

1.5” tapered block will give you a good stance IMO

 

Got the 285/75/16s on yesterday, only really drove home from the shop and out for a few errands. No rubbing at all so far, ended up having to throw on some spidertrax 1.25 spacers but I'm fired up on the look with them, the offset is perfect.

Any rubbing? Did you trim anything?

 

I did do some minor trimming, it was not extreme at all and very easy. I know some people are passionate that 285s will rub no matter what(don't flame me), but I am being honest when I tell you I have had absolutely zero rubbing. I do moderate offroading(no rock crawling or anything crazy) and it has been an absolute joy! I will say that these Trd Pro Wheels seem to have the perfect offset to allow the tire size, I believe a lot of aftermarket wheels require wheel spacers just a heads up.

Nice, I have the 17" pro's so I am not exactly sure what the offset on the 16's is. But I feel like I have seen quite a few people on here running that setup. Maybe someone who has them could chime in?

 

Off-road oem wheels will require 1.25” spidertrax or bora wheel spacers to move wheel to fit 285’s

 

Guess i better find some spacers
