@Speedytech7 @Kwikvette - Have you guys used any SuperPro bushings for Panhard Rods?

 

Never even heard of them.

Maybe their a larger bushing than what's used in the 3G 4R?

For non-crawler guys looking to get a bit more out of their vehicle, everyone swears by Rokmen's EnduroMax Bushings

 

I would love to see the specs on that LG "PAPR". Indsutrial ones are like $1,000+ for a cheap one.

I agree more taking money from people through safety theater, and that's speaking as a safety person.

I tried to get a PAPR welding helmet as a "demo" and just never give it back, but the vendors never would agree to that, wonder why LOL!!

I haven't used them yet but am thinking about using them for the LCA when i get around to doing the suspension work. Heard a lot of good things about them on other forums. Aussies make them and have off-set bushings for the LCAs to help fix alignment issues after lifting. They look well made too.

Sonoran Steel adjustable panhard bar should come in not long after...they sent me a tracking number but it hasn't shipped.

After that, just waiting for my Resz lower links and Durobump stops.

They make a wide range of bushings that are generally liked, they have oddball ones too for 80s. Since you have a lifted 100, I'd be careful about how you do a panhard. Poly panhard bushings on a straight panhard are tough cause your axle has pivoted away from the frame on a radius, meaning you panhard mounts are no longer in the same plane of geometry. With rubber bushings that's okay to a degree but with poly, the yaw flex just isn't there. You'll need an adjustable panhard where you can rotate the ends to be in line with their respective mounts if you do a poly bushing.

 

Now we need to see the 4Runner damnit.

 

Since I'm going to drop the Panhard mount, I can stay with a stock length bar. I just want to give it new bushings.

I bought a set for a trailing arm bushing on one of the Nissans. Just haven't had time to install them. They are very nice. Not lost cost. I don't recall anybody complaining about the noise with ES. I may try them after I get the Panhard drop squared away.

 

Just talked to Wyatt with RockSolidToys. He's up at Marlin with his lead fabricator to work with them on the RCLT kit. He plans on installing a kit in his GX470 as well. Something I am almost definitely going to be doing as well down the road.

Still no updates on my tcase swap kit tho.

Talked to him yesterday, he's welcome to bring it by sooner than later but he's been waiting to find time to take his FSC test.

It's required to obtain a new firearm, just not required to currently own a firearm. Since he hasn't bought one in years, his last one expired.
