    Fuck yea! Im so excited now :thumbsup: I'm tackling my steering issues first so that will come in super handy. I settled on the poly steering rack kit from ES and the poly bushing kit for my UCA/LCA from sonarasteel. I've order the ES kit but Sonara is out of stock and will be for a few weeks he told me.

    $25-100k on a horse doesn't surprise me, as these people need some of the best/fastest/disciplined horses alive out there.

    But a sheep?

    Why so much?

    You know the story about me and 3rd Gen runners. After I finished the Taco, I went looking for a 3rd gen T4R because of the same engine and parts. I like the design and considered it to be the right size. Everything I looked at was ragged out, rusted, or beat up and the sellers wanted $7,000 or more.

    So I was looking for Lexus equivalent hoping to find something owned by a soccer mom that hadn't had the shit beat out of it. A CL search for Lexus found the LX470 by accident. I would rarely see an LC for sale around here let alone an LX and didn't know what to expect. Because I really didn't want it, I decided to play it nice and come back with a low ball offer if it didn't sell. I'll be damned if they didn't take it. Now it's been a shit load of work that I think will be ok in the end.

    A lot of things in my life are like that.

    I really wanted black bushings for everything but the sonarasteel ones ONLY come in red :( so I ordered everything red... i don't know if I'll be able to handle all the extra HP from red parts being installed

    are taller bumpstops a good idea on the LCA when you only go for a 2" lift? I'm only going for the OME 881 (or 883) and the matched nitrochargers.

    I'm planning on the durobump 4.25" ones from the rearbut unsure if I wanna spend the money on fronts if they're not a big improvement over stock

    Front doesn't need different height bumpstops and if you aren't changing anything shock wise in the rear you won't need a taller bump.

    I have them ordered for the 4R and would've for the Tacoma; the fact that they're much softer is why I opted to utilize them.

    I've met the rear bump stops I've got in the Tacoma, and I can tell you it's way softer than the factory set were; it's the difference between falling and hitting solid ground vs hitting a soft mattress.

    Yea I'm a rubber kinda guy preferably but those are awesome cause they're the durometer of rubber but longevity of poly. I found em years ago when I started this project with the 4r but forgot about em when I got the Tacoma. Thankfully speedytech reminded me about them and confirmed for me the arms are the same between the two

    I was going with dakars plus the add a leaf (cause ive always got the topper on and plan on building shelves for my tools under my mattress)

    I was told that would give me about 2" over stock in the back.

    @Abeyancer

    Keep in mind though, multiple people here have stated that the durobumps (fronts at least) begin to split pretty quickly if you wheel.

    Then I would recommend finding some shocks that will work nicely for those and measure how much space you have to bump before your shocks bottom out
