B Pillar Plastic Vibration

    '19 TRD OR DCSB Barcelona Red
    Found a new rattle but don’t know how to access it. This one is on the upper section of the b pillar behind the seat belt height adjustment. I’ve seen the OEM video on removing the lower piece but haven’t seen any on removing the upper. This one terminates at the headliner so I don’t want to get too crazy with it. Any tips?

    Ooooohmfg. That could be verrrrrrrrry messy. That stuff is nasty before it cures.

    @AUTacoma there might be a screw or 2 holding the upper half under the lower half. You might also have to remove the end of the seat belt and feed it through the trim. Go to a craft or fabric store and find some sickly back felt to quell the vibration.

    Yeah please for the love of God don’t do expanding foam. There are moving pieces and sensors and occasionally airbags in there and you do not want to be spraying foam where it doesn’t belong.
