    Hey guys,

Looking to swap in the ECGS bushing prior to lift. Anyone have experience with a shop willing to do it.

Salinas Toyota told me they don’t do anything “that involved”. Service rep told me he used to work at an off-road shop prior and didn’t do those there either. This was after 10 minutes of being on hold because three reps didn’t know what part I was talking about. Thank you ECGS website for listing the part number.

Just looking for shops preferably in the Monterey Co/ Santa Cruz Co/ SJ area.

I was actually looking at his thread earlier. I’ll send him a PM.

    Still looking.

DC is unable to do it right now as he’s trying to get a certain permit for his shop.

Lookup Milogen Fabrications or Shaffer's Offroad.

    just a few things.
It’s just a metal seal to replace oem one. Any shop should be able to do it if they work on cars. If you plan on regearing and if you supply part they should be able to throw it in there with the work.

I tried to go dealership route due to the TSB but one told me it was too much for them to do, another just kept transferring me to different service reps until I was transferred to a voicemail and never got a call back.

So now I was just seeing who has had success and at what shops.

Also you only need to replace it if u feel shaking/vibrating from a stop.(I think) If not you don’t really need it.

Do it yourself, once you get the axle out, it's like a 15 minute job to replace it. Good luck with your truck.

    4 run, 2 don't
If you end up doing it yourself, I'll buy the tool from ya as you'd only need to use it once.

I'll need to do the ecgs bushing once I get my 4R; looks like such an easy job.
