Well until I figure it out, I've changed a tab so that all orders ship for FREE. Take advantage while I'm still trying to figure out weights/dims/Shipstation and why USPS isn't populating with my pre-payment...

It's just a couple washers with flat sides and a bolt.

I get that but internally what keeps the two stop sign things keyed together, the bolt goes through a sleeve too. There's more here than meets the eye, even the cheap ones have more than washers and a bolt

They fit in the cam tabs. No other mods - bolt slides through the sleeve just like any bushing. Same as weld in lock outs of course less permanent.

The stop signs can’t turn due to the cam tabs and the holes on each side line up. Simple idea, same that taco tabs use.

Huh okay, they must fit very tight in the cam tabs then. The stock cams (which are beefy and pretty well made) don't fit very tight in the stock cam tabs. They do however fit extremely tight in the Total Chaos ones, which I'd have to imagine these wouldn't stand a chance at fitting in without some grinding.

A bunch a cool stickers, a bada ass MetalMiller Tx Longhorns grill emblem painted Hemi Orange, JBA long tube headers with o2 sims, Diff breather mod, Red LED interior lights, Fancy head unit that plays ipod n movies, Also DIY install factory stuff like, factory cruise control, factory intermittent wipers, OME nitro struts with 886x springs and toy tec top plate, JBA high caster UCA's for better alignmnet and dey beefier too, Old Man Emu Dakar leaf springs in da rear with the gear, U bolt flipper, Ivan Stewart TRD rims with 33" K Bro 2's, some bad ass weather tech floor liners so I don't muck up my interior, an ATO shackle flipper for mo travel in da rear wit the gear, also super shiny Fox 2.0 shocks back there too, all sorts of steal armor for bouncing off of the rocks like demello sliders, AP front skid, trans skid, n transfer skid, demello gas tank skid, and a tough as nails ARB bumper with warn 8k winch, I'm sure there's more
I'd love to try these out, and then offer them to my customers. A better way if the vehicle already has a good alignment is to mark the control arm the the frame. I do this for when the previous shop has put the alignment cam upside down and I need to get the alignmet back to where is was. Oh, and also, pic of my truck. Check out Triple C Chop Shop on FB and IG for the work I've done.

The area a circle can spin in is much smaller than a shape with corners. It wouldn't need to be perfectly flush to prevent movement.

If you're hammering hard enough to throw out the stock bolts and install these you're probably going to bend the tabs on the frame unless you re-enforce them. Ask me how I know..

I waited a long time for the Marlin kit to come out but ended up just laying some weld behind the tabs to beef them up a bit.

For sure - just feather them till they fit. You could always add a tac weld.

If you're hard-core every weekend with your truck then it is a good idea to mark the Stop Cams on the frame. If they wiggle a bit, then you can set them back in place. The flat surface prevents full-on movement. They also put a wider surface area on the stock flats--or Total Chaos bits. It helps. The stock eccentrics have a very small surface area on the flats, which helps to deform them during big hits.

I'd love to give them a try!LRM_EXPORT_83275783136289_20190706_212006042.jpg My driveway is 2.5 miles of bumpy mountain gravel road so my alignment is always getting thrown out!
