Hand drill the jig has everything lined up perfectly. A drill press would be a cleaner hole.;)

If I'd chosen black instead of Plum, I'd have a new Palmetto State Armory Ak-74 on the way today. Got all the way to clicking confirm order and it went to out of stock. Out of stock in about 2 minutes from release

Finished the 223 Wydle today. Now just need to take some time to shoot it and see how she does.

Looks real nice! Stainless barrel sure is purdy. That the 1-6 strike eagle? What barrel length/twist?
I'm not sure if I want a long range bolt 6.5CM or a 20" long range AR more, hmmm

It's actually a 1-8 strike eagle! Had a 1-6 and didn't like it. It's an 18" WOA 1:7 barrel. I have a 6.5CM bolt gun and wish I could find somewhere to stretch it's legs again. Was shooting out to 1000 yards before the range closed down

Just not enough zoom for ya or what? Nice what can is that? I'm going to Vegas for work for the next year so a 6.5 would be perfect. Been looking at the Howa and Bergara, anyone have experience with the two?

Anyone have experience with the Canik TP9 Elite? I've been watching a bunch of reviews and it seems to be almost universally praised. Considering one as a manageable home pistol for the wife that I could also conceal carry. I held it today and it felt really nice. Good build quality, too.

    https://www.canikusa.com/tp9-elite-sc

$399.99 at Academy right now. Seems like a lot of gun for the money.

Or is Glock the right answer here?

Yea I wanted to reach farther and found a smoking deal on a Gen 2 with no mount. The can is a Griffin Optimus which has to be sent back in to get the new upgraded baffles. I have three solvent traps that will get form 1'd too. I'd do bergara all day. One of the best rifles out there with a Remington 700 clone receiver.

To answer this in reverse GlOcK aLl DaY

To compare the canik it's a great gun for the money. For $400 you can't really beat the features it has and the aftermarket seems good on them. That typically how I judge a pistol. If the aftermarket and the community adopts its a good option

IF they come out. They had way less than a hundred for sale yesterday. but I think you're right, wait for the folders.

Today I visited Guns Plus for the first time in years, and was finally able to get a replacement for the Colt 1903 32acp that I traded away years ago. one side is about 85%, the other side, the finish is mostly gone :anonymous:. but I basically paid the same amount as my first 1903, but the new one is in much better condition :D

Haven't had the rifle in years and sold it to a member here but never had an issue. ASC brand and holds 10. Only have one though and the rust is on one side so probably could just sand it off.
