If it weren't for bad luck, I wouldn't have any at all. Studs were completely sheered off. I just i found the sound/vib. Waiting for the tow truck now. Just thankful I wasn't on the road when it happened.

    Dang!

My wife had a knocking sound coming from the front, I thought it was the suspension. Jacked it up to take a look and all wheel lugs were finger tight on drive side front wheel. Last asshole to touch the tires was me when I changed brake pads, weird thing is we both remembered me torquing them down per spec. She was asking me why that wrench clicks, so I know for sure I did. But what I didn't do was check them after she went for a ride. Anytime you bolt parts that come under load it's a good idea to double check after use.

Was that on a front wheel? Only thing I know is overtightening?

It was the rear where I was hearing the sound and vib. I thought I torqued them, but apparently not :D

I didn't touch your rear tires. You weren't even finished with the front when I left...

No doubt. If that was the problem, it'll make me feel better knowing what it was and no more "chasing" after it.
