One of 2 neighbors, behind my house, called the Dept. Of Health AND the city. Said I have rats. We've only lived here for 2 years. Funny thing is, the rats are attracted to their own lemon and orange trees. I called dept of health to advise this is not true. Dept of health is going to cancel for now. The city is coming out to inspect my property regardless. There is a rat problem, but they are not inside my property. They hang out on the back wall eating fresh fruit all night. I can't wait to point out to the city inspector the real reason there are rats present. Fuck people that call the city over dumb shit. Some people can be really shitty.
