I’ve recently given up peanut butter because peanuts are pro inflammatory. I switched to almond butter. It isn’t quite the same. I like cashew butter but that shit is like $11/jar :bananadead:

You say your picky but have you tried the salt and vinegar almonds?

She helps a little. I personally don't like asking her to help because I am just not that person (for this specific). I do deep tissue massages 1-2x a month 90 min sessions and I've finally found something to do my IT bands and glutes.

I am alive. Been a busy week with building these windmills...

My diet went well. It didn't solve any hunger issues but I feel better and look better. All that matters really.

    My diet is-
1 scoop cream of rice, 1/2 cup blueberries, 5 whole eggs.

8oz 93/7 ground beef and 1 whole medium avacado

10 oz chicken breast and 1 whole medium avacado

8 oz ground beef 93/7 and 1 cup rice (preworkout)

At the gym I do 25g carb powder

Final meal 8 oz top sirloin steak, mushrooms and pepper blend.

Roughly 160c, 110f, 240p. Roughly 2800 calories. It's very low. I had a cheat meal at five guys the other day post leg day too.

I don't do butter or any dairy, it doesn't sit well. I can't do nuts because I can't trust myself ill eat too many. I can't do pb because I'll eat too much. I keep it simple.

Thats similar for what I’m trying to go for. I don’t like my carbs above 175g. Prefer 150g.

I need to grab avacados and add that to my usual foods.

My grocery bill is starting to rise lol
And I have bought like no beer this month so that says something.

It's hard for me to keep it any lower. I absolutely love my breakfast and not having any carbs preworkout I am just not sure about lol. I was at 350g before this, so I'd say I am doing much better. I also get carbs from avacado and veggies. Not much but they obviously just add to the count.

I am not a big carbs at breakfast fan. Bacon and eggs and omlettes all day for me. I have started having a preworkout meal with a protein and some rice 2-2.5 hours before the gym and thats been going fine.

I like the bulk of my carbs post-workout though. I carb up and go to bed lol

    @suaveflooder

I was able to snag a pair of Altra Lone Peaks 4.5 today for $90.

Thats about as cheap as I can find them.

I have a long trail run scheduled tomorrow. My loop is 5 miles, I may try them out on one of the loops and see how they feel.

It was between these and Hoka Challengers which are a 4mm drop. Unfortunately the Hokas just feel off. I feel like you will kill yourself on the padding on a trail. The zero drop is more comfortable.

I was creepin on one of my local running stores pages and I saw the flash sale.

I literally got up from my chair didn’t finish my beer and left for the store.

Whats the issue so far with your running? Stability or just pain?

pain. My patella tendon above my knee is killing me. Strength is all there, and I even have a little quad growing. For some reason that tendon does not like it. I can do everything else with zero pain

I hope it improves for you.

Its a pain in the ass, especially when the problem isn’t the previous injury or surgery but like some other chain reaction bit.

i was one of the few in my academy with no knee problems. After how they make us run on stairs a lot of people had them. They were mostly in their early 20’s. I’m in my late 30’s. I still need to show their young asses up when I go back. All I care about ;)
