    QUEEN?!?!?...

    How did you know? :humble:

Thanks TW dudes! It's been a good year, despite Covid and a lack of quality deals on CL.

just get the swing out. If u get a flat and are in a rutted trail, you won’t be able to get the spare out from under the truck without either jacking the back up or digging a hole to get it out. As I had to do.

    Yep.
It's all going to come down to priorities and that will be low on the list.

    Feliz cumpleaño @Benson X and @Bertw192.
For you guys considering a run soon, if it is a milder course, I may be able to join in labor day weekend. I am bringing my truck west with a boat in tow and I'm newly on 33s. I even managed to blow out one of them and had it replaced. That tire also had 6 oz of weight to try to balance it. My biggest issue if I can make it out will be the long wheelbase of my extended cab long bed diesel. Unlike Ben, my truck will not be swimming, or wading in the water.

While they may not be as up on dealing with the myriad of aftermarket parts, I had the lifetime alignment plan from Firestone. Pay once, about $200 at the time, then take it in to get aligned with no more payments as often as needed.

@PNW/TRD Steve new main board for the printah! 32bit goodness with tmc2660 stepper drivers, dual extruder/hotend capable and half a dozen fans for whatever. Top it off with a baked in web based GUI accessible via WiFi from anywhere you still have service.

It's basically a cnc board. Capable of 100mm/m print speed which I'll likely have to upgrade my stepper motors to achieve. This rabbit hole is getting deep.

    Yes it is!
I have two filament dryers en-route.
Going to try to run a print this evening if I get a chance. Back to day shift tomorrow. I'm going to put of the ABS/PETG for the time being. I need to learn how to use Fusion360. That's my biggest issue at the moment.
Or I may break down and use Sketchup. That is what I've used in the past. Very easy for me and makes great prints. I just don't like how the free version is online only.

I haven't even looked at cad options yet, but I know it's going to require me to spend a bit of time using one piece of software, and not jumping around to 3 different ones only confusing myself. I've been trying to get consistent fast prints, finding the max and dial it down just a bit.

I'm tossing around the idea of getting some new shoes on the truck. Anyone local interested in a set of SCS SR8s in bronze with black beadlock bolts 16x8 -12? Set of 4 with lug nuts for $700 (no tires or TPMS)

Heck of a day. Thanks @RickyCement3G for the Roto-Pax @Tacodog for wanting to talk about trucks, trucks and more trucks while the other Craigslist person flaked on @BiNiaRiS so I could come down and scoop up the sliders.

Hey guys, just wondering if there are members here from Bothell, wa that could help a brother out,
I'm traveling from Chicago area and would like to just have a place where I can just do a quick oil change before I keep traveling. Yes I could go to and oil place but I rather do it myself and I have my own oil.
I've seen tons and tons of cool toyotas around here and im assuming they have to be members.
We don't see this many build yotas in Illinois mostly jeeps so is nice to come to a place we're I feel I belong even thou I also have a jeep just not street legal.
    Thanks fellas.

Spent this morning roaming around Manastash. I would like to put a feeler out there to see how many people would like to do a group run up there.

I figure around 5 trucks, and do about a 20 mile loop. Going from easy - moderate, depending on if it’s wet there may be a spot or two that would be a brief challenge. I would say the only thing you need at a minimum would be sliders (definitely if your a long bed), and maybe skids plates. Heres a screen capture of the track starting at the lower orange dot going up to and following the blue track.
    B770F928-B2DC-4C98-B7A2-E95160AE348F.jpg

It took me about 3.5 hours to run the blue track this morning stopping for lunch for about an hour and stopping for the views of Manastash lake and the moon rocks. So, I think in total starting at the low road it would take about 5 hours to run the loop. Here’s a look at the lake, not the best overlook but the only one I stopped for1A351AF6-74EF-47CD-BBBB-D75C04DCB0EE.jpg

There’s some fun little climbs and ledges to get some cool pics on from time to time.

I’m open to dates but I’m thinking sometime between mid September and October. (Before opening rifle season).

    You’ll definitely get pinstripes!

I know a lot of you are on the west side so if we did it on a Saturday, if you wanted to come this way on Friday I have 3 acres you can camp at my place which is only a couple miles from the start.

Here’s just a few cell pics from today:

Let me know if you would be interested.

Depending on dates this sounds good to me. I've been up in that area before and would like to check it out again.
