I am 04B04 and a flash hit owner and have upgraded to vF Tuner and am requesting, LOL. Are there tunes that have GL? I loved that feature. I flashed 2.0 final, but I remember there being talk of an update after 2.0 final.

Rafael I ordered my software and tune pack back on Aug.7th and haven’t received anything, I was able to borrow the USB adapter from a friend of mine so I didn’t order it.
I’ve sent countless emails to the zen desk support and finally got a reply back from Matthew and he said that the key was sent - but again I didn’t get any emails from OV with the SW Key. I replied to Matthew and he claimed he was going to send out the key - again -no email was received.
Before I go to my bank and the BBB, I wanted to reach out to you to get this resolved and get the SW key emailed to me.

 

you check the spam folder? one person had to log out and log back in for his emails to show up.

That plan has been dropped in favor of permutations of drive mode (normal and S mode) and ECT (on or off).

The end result is the same, just implemented differently.

 

@OVTune I'm Issuing a chargeback. Sick of being blown off. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

 

sigh.. thanks. We are going as fast as we can to get things to people. We aren't blowing anyone off.

We have had SEVERAL email issues that we are trying to figure out why people are not getting their emails, spam folder problems, etc. Don't automatically think it's all out fault or that we are blowing you off.

I have posted my order number #7111 several times here and sent zendesk tickets. The only response I got was to check my Spam folder. Its not there. If you acknowledge there is an issue that you are working on, I will gladly wait and work with you to get it resolved. Up until now I have gotten zero response. It shouldn't take two weeks for you to send an email "hey super busy but working to get this fixed for you"

 

We have been having tons of email issues over the last few weeks. I do not know why, how or even what to do about it.
Our emails are getting blocked, delayed, put to spam, are labeled as malicious....etc.

We are doing everything we can to figure out what is causing it.

 

Thanks for the update. Now that I understand the problem I will lay off and wait patiently.
I did notice using chrome, all your downloads and any web page with a download link gets completely blocked. I had to use a different browser. That could have something to do with gmail blocking you.

 

You can still download with Chrome, you just have to go to the Chrome Downloads folder and tell it to continue downloading.

 

@OVTune do you think you could let us know when you start emailing the 04B00-4 vft files please. That way those of us with Gmail could let you know if we aren't receiving them. Thanks. Will continue to check spam folder as well.

Order # 7050 I’ve checked my spam folder - nothing

 

It's odd it would just be some Gmail accounts, I've not had my Gmail blocked or sent to SPAM ever. Perhaps remove the word virus from the emails
