Why would the exhaust have been modified, especially by an older gentleman?

Just seems strange if it was a work truck, not raced or abused. Was it done for off-roading?

 

nope, forecast said it would storm all night with heavy winds so I just turned around and went to the bar!

Same reason any of the rest of us modify our trucks. Because we can. Because we want to.


Look, I’m trying to help people out here. I gain nothing from this. Doing out of respect and admiration. You’re making things diffucult, unnecessarily. Buy the truck, tell someone you know about it, or help pass on the word. Otherwise, move on. Please.

 

Unfortunately, I was interested in upgrading. More cab space, a long bed, V6, silver, and a late model 2nd gen (never a 3rd gen).

But knowing that emissions testing is in my area, I just don't want the hassle. Modified exhausts really limit the market around populated areas.

 

I dunno man, that photo shows the radio set to bluetooth, and everyone knows old people only listen to AM. I call shenanigans

 

So you didn’t read the part about the entire factory exhaust coming with it?

I’m willing to put it back to stock for the sale if need be. Evidently I didn’t make that clear enough.

Maybe thats where the radio goes for default? I haven’t spent much time messing with 12-15s honestly.
