    Well the last I heard, it was pretty dry out there (I think that was the report from last weekend, and there hasn't been much rain since). I'll bring all my recovery gear too :D

    1997 t4r has super duty axles, 5.13s locked front and rear. 3 link front with 14" kings. Rear 63s.
    The rsg bumper sticks out further then this one. I kept it tight.

    Is that a vote of no confidence that I'll be able to make it even though I won't be pushing a thousand gallons of water in front of me? LOL. With my luck, it'll be so dry and hard that I'll just drive right across it like it's just regular trail and it'll be a huge let down. In all honesty though, I'd prefer that to breaking something.

    @allenfab @NABeast I made it home. 11.5v on the battery. I honestly don't think the alternator was completely non-functional, just not operating at full capacity. Haha, it was fun while it lasted though.

    Well, there is a speed limit on those trails and traveling at that speed limit in between obstacles can be pretty fun as well. That and I'm always willing to accept a reasonable challenge even if it requires excessive use of the skinny pedal. :burnrubber:

    There was two things working against me there that I didn't put together until after the fact. One, was as I was pulling up to the trough for the 2WD attempted a saw a groove cut out in the middle of the center hump. I initially put it down to Todd's traction bar mount. After seeing my front receiver packed full of clay, I realized it was my groove, so I was plowing into the wall each time I tried to climb out. The second thing was my departure angle and wheel base. I was dragging my ass over the hump and my belly was really close to dragging on the way out if it wasn't actually dragging. But I know I have more ground clearance under the axles than Todd so I was determined to make it in 2WD to match him, lol.

    Yup, was definitely your front receiver. I’m sure my rear diff made a groove as well (the traction bar bracket is gone now). It took me 4 attempts I think to get up it. I can’t wait to go on all the Jeep Facebook groups and tell them it’s still doable in 2 wheel drive :D

    What locker do you have in the rear? After watching this video a few times I noticed that the passenger side didn’t seem to be spinning as much as the drivers side. You can hear you hammering it in the video and the passenger tire is barely spinning, but on the drivers side where i was standing it was spinning like crazy.

    It's a detroit. It's definitely working (it tried to go sideways on me a couple of times on the way home when I was accelerating from a traffic light). I think it might have just been the shutter speed on the camera that made it look like it wasn't spinning much. I'll check it out though.
