Or add manually locking front hubs so the CVs aren't turned by the wheels unless hubs are locked.
Saves the CVs for off roading in 4wd.
Some people don't understand that the CVs are always spinning in both 2 and 4 wd mode.

Not the greatest pic of CV angles here, but mine has a diff drop and ~1" lift, maybe 1.5". Yours don't seem too bad.

    That's not exactly true.

If you go over 3" you need a drop bracket style lift. A diff drop isn't likely to help beyond 3", and there are other control arm geometry issues above 3".

2-2.5" is where you should be looking at a diff drop.

I have extended travel coilovers, so I dropped the diff to account for the extra travel at full droop.

Your axle shaft (at least on one side) are blue, OP. Iirc, this suggests you have manual hubs. If this is true, the only time your CV's spin is when your hubs are locked. In this case, your CV angle can be more extreme, as you're not wearing your boots constantly and not going to rip them.

Others have good advice - keep an eye on them for tears, and watch out for vibrations from the driver needle bearing going out.

Yes I have manual hubs and yes they shouldn’t wear at all really cause not in 4x4. But I’m just wanting to make sure the angles are not drastic so when I go out it not more likely to fail

Good catch on the locking hubs, I skipped right over that.

As far as wear and tear on them when you're not wheeling, sure. But a high angle will still bind and is more prone to break, so it's still a good idea to keep those angles in check.

True, high angle is bad when in use. I have seen worse, but they are steeper than my own. I'd put in a diff drop OP, it is cheap and really easy.

Yeah, I'm definitely a fan of diff drops.

A lot of people poo-poo them because they don't set the CV angle back to "stock". But for $30 and a 20 minute installation, "better than it was before" seems like a no brainer.

From what I’m told stock height is 21.5 and I’m at 24 so that’s a 2.5inch lift it looks like. Does that look like a 2.5inch lift?

Stock height will be different for different trucks because of tire size. FYI. Best way to know your lift is before and after measurement at install.

That said, from your CV angles, I’d say 2-2.5” is a good guess

Yea I think so too. Should I do a diff drop or just drop the lift a little

Your call. Diff drop is easy and cheap. Check the angles after install.

Or, if it’s too tall for your liking right now, drop the lift. You have adjustable coil overs so should be easy as well

Would you say it’s to high of a angle right now for liking.

    4 run, 2 don't
You're asking the same question over and over

Leave it alone or just do a diff drop; cheap, quick, and simple

I talked to toytec and they said stock height is 21.5inches so when measuring from center of wheel to fenders I got 24inches so 2.5inch it seems is what I have. I think I might lower it to 2 because I want more down travel and my boots are slightly rubbing

I just went out at measured mine and I'm at like 23" and by my estimates I have a 1-1.5" lift. But as others have said, that's not a super reliable measurement. There are a lot of variables; age, weight, etc...

I wouldn't worry too much about what exact height lift you have - it doesn't really matter. The have adjustable coilovers, so you can make minor adjustments to make it level or whatever.

As we've said before, your CV angles aren't really that extreme. But if it makes you feel better, throw a diff drop on it and don't think about it again.
