Who gets tired of hearing that the TRD Sport 4x4 isn't off road capable? It's a Toyota truck!!

I'm not 100%, but this kind of hurts my feelings.

This website is a magical place. It makes you feel inadequate that you just ruined your credit to debt ratio and purchased more truck than you can afford. That's not enough. But paradoxically if you slap on some cheap wheel spacers and rattlecan all those chrome bits that the bank still owns, and if you find a loading dock to post your rad flex to social media, then your upside down anti-asset is suddenly welcomed and celebrated. For those that take out a second mortgage to spend tens of thousands on parts and immediately bash those parts that they haven't even paid for upon some rocks for absolutely no practical reason whatsoever, well those people become the legends, nay, the gods of TW. Upon reaching retirement age these people might still be greeting the unwashed heathens of walmart in order to make yet another minimum high interest payment on their 600 month loan to the now long-out-of-business 4 wheel parts superstore, but at least they'll have their memories of their shining moment in the sun. By golly , some octagenarian somewhere might still remember that user name, and say "yeah his rig had that badass bumper with hidden winch." And that fond thought will bring a small comfort when the latest nose picker screams at you about wanting a shopping cart that doesn't have a wobbly wheel.

If you repeat the same story 50-100 times only changing a few words, it will be more akin to the writings of the elderly sourpuss virgin, imo.

 

MY TRD sport, access cab, with 6ft bed and 6sp. man shift. gives me all I could hope for in a small Truck. Can even turn it around in a city street without backing it up.

 

I wanted to be like 99% of off road owners.

I took the course and passed. I can now hold my head high as I pass all those TRD Off Roads parked around Starbucks in the morning as I cross the speed bumps to Dunkin’ Donuts.
