I understand wanting 4 seasons. I enjoy that myself. Went to Missouri for the first time a couple of years ago and stayed on Table Rock Lake near Branson. My inlaws used to live in Centerview near Warrensburg many years ago.

that looks great. Unlike some others I’ve seen with the color smeared everywhere. Much more subtle.

Idk about later models, but the 2017's don't come with them on the passenger's side

Neg. Don't think the 2017 have them. For some reason I think they started that with the 2018 but not 100% sure.

It just screws through the carpet, not the bottom of the trunk.

Thanks. Hopefully this will keep them in place. Got tired of putting them back in place when someone got out the truck. Hated seeing them out of place. :)

it was actually fairly easy. However, you just have to be really careful when removing the steering wheel parts. The buttons will want to fall out. I wasn’t Prepared for that so a few pieces fell out in the first side. The 2nd side was simple, since I was prepared for it. Here is the video I used on how to remove the parts.

Amen, this drives me nuts. Never was an issue in my last truck with the weather tech mats and no locks though.

Edit: apparently that automatically generates a link.

Thank you! I figured that Toyota spent some serious coin on an interior designer, so if I only changed what they made gunmetal and chrome it wouldn’t be too obnoxious.

I basically did the same, but instead of messing with the wires, I disassembled the trim piece while still wired up to the wheel. Just held them upside down while unscrewing them.

First time bringing it off the pavement, have under 100 miles on the truck and man, doesn’t build confidence in these tires at all.

Wasn’t expecting to want to drop money on tires this soon, oh well.

I can’t speak for him, but I love the AVS low profiles.

Did you get a hole in the tire or sand between the rim and tire?

The GY Adventure tires also lack a critical rim protector feature. After getting a flat in my GY Duratracs, I ran the OEM GY Adventure spare through one trail and it put several gouges in the wheel lip. The other three wheels have no such gouges after 10 years.
