Last year I mentioned my brother's 1 owner super clean meticulously maintained with records never offroaded never wrecked 2014 with 119k miles for $15k on here and surprisingly no takers, no interest at all. My stepson ended up buying it for $13k.

Hey Tony. I've been around, just haven't been on here much. I've got some catching up to do.

    Hi Rob!

While I may or may not regret it, I’m gonna get the lifetime alignment for my truck at Firsestone, they’ve got a $40.00 off coupon for Labor Day. Does anyone have a copy of a good print out for what I should be looking for after lift only and stock wheels/tires?
I was gonna go with Grimm that @RobP62 recommended but the lifetime is pretty tempting seeing as I’ll need another one after I get wheels and tires thanks!

People are scared to buy lifted trucks is all i can imagine about that.

plus DCLBs are literally the hardest tacomas to sell.

i knew we wouldnt get much traction on here...thats why its on CL

I like DCLB, but really start considering a full size at that point. I was most certainly not in the market for a vehicle last year.

Thats because you cant get a 2nd gen in DCLB OR only sport or SR5 base model.

    3rd gens are more configureable

I ended up picking up a 3rd gen, settled for a DCSB auto. I explored brand new, and they won't even make a DCLB in manual :-(

Yea personally I would prefer a DCSB, I prefer the SB look with the 2nd gens. First gens I prefer the 6ft LB. My brother bought that truck new and he wanted the LB even tho he never really used the bed much.

My only reason for wanting the longbed is putting drywall and plywood in the back. But I went and made up my own support out of 2x6s so I'm good anyway

To me, the short beds are just about completely useless :anonymous:

unless its a dedicated trail rig. Or a commuter for someone that rarely needs a bed.
