What I've been doing is using one gauge. Even if that one gauge is off, it going to be way off if I start switching to different gauges.

I still like to know what air pressure I have in the tires. As accurate as I can get.

In the winter time, being a few pounds off can threw the TPMS light on.

With the Durango the dash gauge and the handheld tire gauge doesn't give the same reading. It will drive me insane trying to get the right tire pressure.

I just use them as another source to help me make a decision. .If l hear of a few brands of an item I'll take that info and check online reviews from owners, as well as Consumers Reports. I figure, every little bit helps.

    Mornin'

I have a selection of gauges, stick style, digi, and dial, accumulated over the years. Everything I take care of these days has TPMS, save my old beater CRV and the H-D. I'm pretty anal when comes to tire pressures, and that little yellow light can be a good thing, or a PITA. What was stated about using one gauge as a relative scale is true & works. But, for a DD, knowing if I'm running a true 32psi or 26psi (example)makes a difference to me in how the vehicle handles and reacts. A lb. or two is no big, but I've seen 4-5 lb difference in some gauges of worse. They get shit-canned. In my case, gauges checked within a pound or two of each other are a go.
I got one of the Joe's Racing gauges that @Venom linked a good while back. Been happy with it, and it's reasonably priced for a somewhat precision gauge. YMMV
    JMO & experiences...:D
