Traded my 5th gen 4R. I miss some of the 4Runner features. But I’m happy to have a truck again.

2016 Subaru Forester, hated that thing. Passenger OCS mat stopped working 3 weeks after we bought it. Took it to three dealers and they all said that we must have spilled something on the seat and we would have to buy a new mat. 3 years later its a recall issue.
Also traded in my 2018 Harley Davidson Fat Bob. Was a daily rider for two years. But after having a serious close call and loosing a friend, I figured its time to quit while I'm ahead.

2006 GMC Sierra. Got up one morning getting ready to replace the ball joints and tie rods and said to myself "I'd rather just work on and put money into my dream truck"...came home with a 2017 OR that night.

Nice ya I currently have a tundra and I love it I just find it overkill most of the time. I’m never hauling anything that the Tacoma couldn’t handle and I hate driving it here in the city. Parking spots are made for small vehicles here.
I’m kind of at a crossroads in my life now I either keep the tundra and buy a travel trailer for family adventures or I go get Me a Tacoma and go that route.

Traded in a 2019 SR Taco for a 2020 TRDOR ... I got tired of my wife asking why the truck didn't have a vanity mirror on the visor (and I had rear locker envy). :)

Did exactly the same thing, 4cyl 09 2x4 ranger:
    dz_Z_Qh4TSYGZl10eSD5D48zgQF4CRg6LKIozSkx_bddebb0a8ba5c3c02b171dc95e8da28f78c74e3a.jpg

Big mistake. The 09 ranger had 233,000 miles on it and the auto transmission would slip into N around a turn. It was just low on AT fluid so that would have fixed it. The truck cost 15,900 out the door and was unstoppable. 28mpg highway (went to LA<->vegas and back on one tank). Only changed the oil, plugs twice, breaks twice, one battery and one alternator. Took it to all the off road places I take the taco for fishing, hunting, shooting, camping...and it had a bigger bed

but....can't fit a baby car seat and all so had to trade "up".

My old baby/grandpa truck. 2008 GMC Canyon w/ the Off Road package. I still have a couple things I miss about her, but definitely got an upgrade! After adding 110,000 miles in 4 years, she had many issues. I was sure to trade her in where I wouldn't be likely to see someone else driving her.

I was dead set on a 2018 F150, but ultimately decided the Tacoma fit my lifestyle better. That and I saw one in Munising several months earlier that I couldn't stop thinking about lol.

It’s a 4x8 Hunter Shadow. Similar to a Kit Kamper. They aren’t in production anymore. That picture is from the day I picked it up. Drove 9 hours round trip to get it.

Wow, this looks almost too familiar, lol.
I traded my 2016 S3 for my 2020 TRD OR. I loved the car, but it just didn’t fit well for the things I like to do now and had been really wanting a truck for a while. I’m loving the Tacoma so far.

It was a great truck! Decent power, decent mileage, had that great V8 sound. Started developing mysterious electrical gremlins - 4x4 select switch would stop working randomly, power windows wounldt go down (randomly), interior leak that turned into mold/mildew.

Traded a 17 civic ex! Bought it brand new had it for a few years and got sick of sitting so low and the need for a truck was increasing for me. Also with pa winters having 4x4 will be great!
