Anyone in the greater Belgrade area (or any surrounding areas as a matter of fact) know a good place where I can get a front bumper installed? Install requires quite a bit of trimming and cutting and I certainly don't trust myself. Any info is great, thanks peeps.

have you looked into Mike's Offroad? it's just south of 4 corners, I havent had them do any work on my truck but I've driven past a bunch of times and based on the rigs parked out front they seem to be more than competent. the other place that I might look into is Dark Horse Customs. They're also in the 4 corners area but they're right at 4 corners. I don't know anything about them really except that that's where x-overland builds their rigs (or used to at least). other than that I don't know but I'd start with those 2. A buddy of mine told me about a place out in Livingston that builds and installs (as he put it) "deer catchers" but I don't know if they do installs specifically. Livingston is a ways from Belgrade though so i'd start with the two out in 4 corners

Hit a pretty big calf steer on my way home the other night. Wonder if anyone in the Billings/Laurel area has a recommendation for a collision repair shop?

I've had good luck with American Auto Body and Big Sky Collision both in Billings. In Laurel Gaynor's Auto Body south of Laurel always heard good things but no experience myself.

It's at Big Sky Collision now. They are going to get an estimate on it tomorrow. Worst part is archery season starts next week.

If anyone's looking for a rust-free 2nd gen DCSB, this one will probably be on the lot in Bozeman in a couple weeks or so...

The Bestop and horns will be removed. It's been a great truck; traded it in on a Tundra, but we aren't exchanging for a week or so.

Already got that one checked off for the year.

Maybe take this up there for a redemption run?

Not I. To rich for my blood. It’s actually belongs to the guy I rescued.

I did 17 miles of it....towing another vehicle. :anonymous:

I’m sure I will get another crack at it. My buddy is moving to ID, MT, or WY.

    If I’m spending 50k+ on another vehicle, I’m getting a RC F or Z06.

So he traded in his busted ass rig on that??!?
I didn't do the switchbacks either...fear of heights and all. What you did is what I did. Still some awesome scenery out there though!

Honest to god I wish there was a way to "mark" a thread so that I get a notification each day if there has been a post in it. I lose track of some of them if I don't post up!

Went wheeling with some friends up by Whitehall today. did the pipestone trail and then on the way out we stopped by ringing rocks. cool stuff, the noise they make is uncanny. trail wasn't too hard but it's about as much as i'm comfortable doing. truck could do more, but my driving skills are what holds me back. got a few pics. beautiful country up there!
