I recorded it so I could watch it later in the day. Funny thing is, I don't know any of these new drivers names. Mario Andretti and A. J. Foyt old school boys are who I remember. But it's still nice to watch drivers going that fast. Sometime I like it more than going in a circle around and around and around like Nascar does. Nascar does what, 1 road coarse these days.

Good Morning everyone, can't believe it's raining here already, so maybe no walk today. I've been watching the weather for the last hour waiting for it too pass over. If I do go out and walk the humidity will be 90% at minimum. I'm so ready for fall and cooler weather with lower HUMIDITY!!!!

    Story Time with Gritto. :)

Found an abandoned kitten in the wood racks.
Handed it over to Mrs Gritto.
She immediately got some kitten formula for it.
We've been taking turns with the feeding every 4 hours. :bored:

    20200830_092554.jpg

I'd estimate about 4 weeks old as of today.
Mrs Gritto is starting to mix soft cat food with the formula.
Should be able to wean it within 2 weeks.

The little tyke took to using the litter box with no trouble at all.

Hunter Killed by Elk - Tillamook County
    Oregon State Police - 08/30/20
On Saturday, August 29, 2020 Mark David (66) from Hillsboro was archery hunting on private property in the area of Trask Road E in Tillamook, OR. David wounded a 5X5 bull elk but was unable to locate it before dark.
David and the landowner attempted to find the wounded bull on the morning of Sunday, August 30, 2020 at approximately 9:15 A.M., David located the bull and attempted to kill it with his bow. The elk charged David and gored him in the neck with its antlers. The landowner attempted to help David but he sustained fatal injuries and died.
The elk was killed and the meat was donated to the Tillamook County Jail following the investigation.
OSP was assisted by the Tillamook County Sheriff's Office, Tillamook Fire and Rescue and the Tillamook County Medical Examiner.

Rumors of my demise are greatly exaggerated.

Went to Tractor Supply on Saturday for wood pellets.
They happened to be running a special, that day only.
    $189.50 /ton.
Cheaper than my usual source by $90 bucks a ton.

I got 3 tons, which took 6 trips.
    Hand loaded and unloaded /stacked.

    20200830_092744.jpg

So now I have 5 tons, which should do it.
4 cords in the wood racks plus the propane backup furnace tank is full.
