    Brand new Toyota OEM LBJ’s for 3rd gen 4runnerS and 1st gen Tacomas. I bought them as spares in 2015 and been sitting in the bags since. $120 for both plus shipping.

    That's the PN for 4Runner ball joints, they have a small taper for the OTRE I believe. The Tacoma OTRE won't fit in those without reaming out the taper quite a bit.

    I did not know that! I knew the tie rods were different from the 4Rs but I thought the ball joints were the same

    Yeah the ball joint itself is the same, just the attachment point for the OTRE is different. I mean, if you really wanted to run these, you could use a 4R OTRE, I think they have the same threads at the connection to the ITRE. I'm pretty sure 4Runner guys usually upgrade to Tacoma LBJs and OTREs.

    So much for me trying to save 80 bucks lol thank you for the heads up.

    OP I withdraw my request to buy them, I don't wanna mess around with reaming out that taper
