Got my front 2.5 coilovers installed from accutune. What a difference from stock. Still trying to figure out the best setting for the adjusters but man do they ride great. 6131B0D2-E31D-4385-87C0-E868EF1270F5.jpg

Anyone have any idea what could cause this scoring? Fox 2.5 remote reservoir dsc. 2009 dclb Tacoma. SPC upper control arms. Not even 6,000 miles on them. Also installed by Toyota when I had my frame replaced. I’ve been chasing down a clunk when on rough roads and think I may have finally found it. B5D0AA4A-21FA-4838-9E87-FE693C464D2B.jpg

The spacers could also be in the wrong spots, don’t remember off the top of my head which way they go.

Anyone know any deals or the cheapest place to get FOX 2.5 DSC w/ RR coilovers? I've only seen them for around $2000 but have heard of people getting them for closer to $1600.

About to join the club and order my suspension. FOX 2.5 DSC w RR, FOX 2.0 w RR rears, and ICON 1.5" AAL.

If I had to do it again I’d go through accutune and have them sent to me valved.. but I purchased mine at 4wheel parts for about $1600-$1700 (2.5 DSC).. the had a sale on all fox. You may wanna wait till Black Friday time.

How much is the improvement with the tuned valving? Is it similar to how much you can do with the DSC adjustments?

I never got my tuned by accutune, I had them tuned locally to work with a secondary bypass. What I hear is it is a night and day difference. They can be tune for your exact set up

Is it possible to adjust the spring seat on this 2.0 coilover by compressing the spring while it is still mounted? Any photos of the process would be greatly appreciated.

    list is growing fast
You’ll need a spring compressor. See the SPC one in the products discussed below. You can can compress the coil enough to adjust in the truck. It’s also very easy to remove from the truck. Just taking off 5 bolts.

    1. jack the truck up.
    2. remove the castle nut in the UCA ball joint and bang the knuckle to separate.
    3. Loosen the 3 top hat bolts.
    4. Remove the lower shock mount bolt.
    5. Remove the 3 top hat bolts and take the coil over out to adjust on a bench.
    6. Make the adjustment with the spring compressor.
    7. Reverse the steps to install.

We tune the shocks around your trucks weight with added accessories and how you plan to drive the truck. DSC will allow you to dial it in even more, or compensate for added weight on weekend trips or towing. Tuning makes a big difference, plus its FREE from us :)

@AccuTune Offroad how difficult is it to change the fox bushing (014-11-003-A) and sleeve (213-27-004-B)? A procedure and/or specs that you could sure would be awesome! I'm trying to swap mine out before the weekend camping trip.

Rear shocks? Very easy with the right tools. Just a matter of pushing out the old and putting in the new ones.

Yes, for the rears. I have access to a press. I can press from either side?
