I recently got my hands on an OEM Pro grill and it has the little bulge for the front camera. One Toyota dealer already warned me it would be too expensive to try to add the factory front camera system but I suspect he just didnt want to be bothered. I suppose I could just put a panel fastener in the hole but Its right on the top of the grill and very prominent. I was wondering if there are any really good instructional videos on how to do one of the Anytime camera mods, and a complete kit available?

I also want to add OEM Front camera. Can't find any info on wire harness pigtail required to plug-in camera to main harness.

I just installed an Anytime front camera system in my '20 SR5. Works great, and was not particularly difficult. I imagine retrofitting an OEM system will exceed the cost of the Anytime system.

I have a 3D printed bracket for this grille and the 2020 TRD sport/OR grille too, I currently can fit two kinds of aftermarket cameras on it. If you want another style, you would have to ship me the camera. Would work with anytime or the germes lab setup as long as you used the style I have made for it which is a nakita box style or another cheaper version I bought to try for myself. I use the anytime setup cause I like the switch.

Here is a link to the anytime setup that I use, you will have to search TW for the germes one.

If they have a 2020+ update, get one of these. Plug-n-play and switched on and off from your steering wheel mode button.

This is the Entune 3.0 link, provided by the dealer in FAQ’s for 2020+, but the specs say 2019. I would contact them to be sure it will fit a 2020+ Tacoma, I have the older pre 2020 model and it works very well:

It was easy, you have to pull the head unit by taking off 4 bolts to get behind it first. Then the box goes in the head unit wiring, you just plug it in. You then just wire the camera to the front of the truck with a single cable.

Be sure to contact them to make sure the unit I posted above is the right one for your truck.

These are great in the fact that you control it just from the mode button on your steering wheel, No drilling or installing switches on your dashboard needed.
