    Trying to get a house that everyone else wants can be a nightmare. I like the ease of it all really...I put a little down now for earnest money and then when we close in April I will owe the rest of the closing costs. Then move in would be May or June.

    Lots of options...not that we're going with all of them lol but I am springing for the spa shower vs tub combo. A different pattern of brick & stone for exterior and some kitchen/interior upgrades. I like this model because the garage is 4 ft deeper than all the other models so I could possibly fit the truck in there.
