    PITA. If im going through the trouble of stuffing a v8 in there, it had better be worth it. LS has endless aftermarket tweaks. Will take boost well. And easily tune able.

    Plus more power than the 2uz from the get go.

    I was disappointed in this kit actually. I think the Total chaos kit is way better. The bushings were way softer in the ES kit than my TC bushings I was replacing. In fact i just reused my TC D bushing on the passenger side.

    Not awesome. But CX racing makes mounts. Custom tranny crossmember and drive shafts. Getting the oil pan to clear is the other tricky part.

    They've updated their design and give you different size sleeves so you can fit the early and late style

    Nope...didn't have to do that. The center one was a royal bitch to press in by hand, impossible in fact. I just used a C-clamp on it and pressed it in that way, worked great.

    I think the issue mostly was the ES grease I put in the holes, that stuff is incredibly sticky and doesn't give much...helps to press them in with a clamp.

    My goal is to put a gen 3 4.3 (Lv3) in my 4 runner but ls's are Soo much cheaper

    There was a complete 5.3, harness, ecu, etc for 600 bucks, was very tempted
