    18” for $70. I could have probably low balled and asked $50. But the grate is heavy duty

    At least at Sam's Club today it appeared that both stock levels and pricing are returning to normal. Steaks were back to normal price, butts were just above a buck/pound, and brisket wasn't too far above that.

    First time doing a beer fan chicken, just put the bird on my pellet grill @ 300F

    4.5lber with a base of salt, pepper, and garlic power, followed up with some Killer Hogs The BBQ Rub.

    I stopped posting that link a few years ago, people like the can in the bird! Spatchcock laid over some onions in a beer bath is where its at for beer and chicken.

    It turned out alright, probably won't do it again...there was no special flavor I could taste and it took longer to get the meat up to temp towards the bone.

    I'll either quarter it up properly or spatchcock it next time.

    i've found that not wrapping them has been the best ribs i've been able to make. 3-2-1 never turned out as good.
