    Those buttons can be programmed to do whatever you want them to do. Each button has a resistor value so on programming your steering wheel control like Axxess or Metra or anyone that uses the SWC wires or mini stereo plug. Those buttons on OEM Toyota
    are for the proximity Or parking assist on off, as far as the Toyota part numbers I have to see if my supplier can give me the exact part numbers for the 1 ribbon , 2 Volume & 3 Bluetooth buttons. I know for now they only have black.
