Yes sir. My headlights aren't Baja Designs either. Don't worry, the DD fogs aren't counted in my 159k lumens of Baja Designs lights.

@Baja Designs pointed out they have a 200degree spread. The glare on the hood would be pretty intense

Did the anodizing fail on your middle 2 XL lights on your roof rack (and maybe the far left one)? That's a warranty item, and you can get some new bezels. I'll bet I can damn near pinpoint about the time you bought them if that's what I am seeing. Pretty much everything from a certain time-frame had the coatings fail/turn red if they were exposed to extended periods of UV light.

I think the one on the passenger side is just glare but I’d have to look. The two middle ones are definitely fading they are my XL Lasers. I’ve just been too lazy to reach out to BD to get them swapped

Finally got my 40” onx6 hi power on and wired. Been running the XL80/S1 ditch light combo for a few months which is more light then you really ever need so the 40” hi power which is basically 4 XL80s and 2 XL Racers is pretty ridiculous. Wired them to an auxiliary switch that arms the bar and the high beam switch turns it on when the aux switch is on.

I just installed a pair of squadron sport on my 2020 tacoma trd sport and they seem to have a gap between the black plastic and the lens frame... I ordered the 447115 model they are supposed to fit on the 2020 model ?

A small gap like that is pretty normal. I'm pretty sure it allows for adjustability up/down and left/right

    Hi Jeremycc,

That gap would be normal. We designed it like that for the slight bezel tolerances between the different Toyota models it works on.

$1600 light bar, junk hardware. Put it on my truck 9 days ago.

Hardware on my squadron pros is rusted too. Can’t see it so I’m not concerned.

Yea if it was hidden I wouldn’t care so much. I’ve spent way too much on this truck getting it the way I want to have rusty hardware.

Why aren't you using security hardware?

because I don’t live in an area where that’s a concern.

I probably will just because but I certainly won’t be getting it from BD if this is the quality of the hardware they use.

Seems like a pretty minor issue to me. I normally don't buy a light bar for the hardware. And if I have a $3 issue I normally just take care of it myself. If you're concerned about it you can always put some fluid film on them. I'm sure rust isn't really an issue in California deserts.
