    I’m a gambler.. I’ll say Peru, illinois?

I drive fast. If you do the speed limit in rush hour that could be Schaumburg. Schaumburg to Iowa is about 2 hrs....

Yep I am south of you about 1.5 hrs just east of Rockford. I am looking to explore some trails which is always better with another Truck or 2.

I'm hoping to get on some trails again soon as well! I'm thinking about a Trans Wisconsin trail run in September (northern section) and maybe the Iowa section in October or November. Also looking to get back to the Lakewood/Laona district in a few weeks maybe.

Aside from that, we occasionally do meet and greets and Petrifying springs park in Kenosha, although I would be open to other locations.

Any weekends in October work for you? I like the Oktoberfest Potosi trip idea.

These dates snuck up quick! I hope you can join us in October or November for some kind of trail run. This weekend is already shot. Next weekend is iffy. I'm supposed to be out of town the following weekend, so I might not do much.

    Ha.
My wife always has something. (She isn’t leaving town anytime soon)

I’d like to go again , just not sure if I’ll have time. I know I definitely wouldn’t have a full weekend available since my mother in law now lives here!!!! Lol.

I thought about hitting the Lansing, Iowa to Potosi Section and con her into going to see some fall colors. Just not sure if she’s up for 6 hrs of driving there and back.. plus the 4 hrs on the dirt roads! Also 1+hr at the Brewery. lol

if you can get others to go and pick a date , I’ll see if I can talk her into it.
I doubt it, but it’s worth a shot!

I know Saturday 9/26 and Sunday 9/27 is the beer garden by my house.
