Speaking of moto garages, I did a moto related mod recently.

I had a spare front end for my old R6. I reused the old lights and wind screen and did a similar lighting setup for that.

I put in a shelf to hold that, and two helmets. The helmet on the left was my dirt bike helmet from when I was a teenager. The one on the right is the first street bike helmet I've ever owned. It's nice having some nostalgia double as decor.

I too once had a kicking moto garage... but *somebody* got transferred. We still own the building, but it’s 3hours away!? At least I’ve got pictures and get to visit a couple of times a month!

Awesome idea! That turned out great.

While it's no where near as fancy, I hung up a set of extra tank skins in my garage last night:

Is it normal for the front brakes to drag lightly on the rotor, or should there be zero contact between the pads and rotor when the brakes are not being used?

This is for my CBR600F4i. I was pushing it around in the garage and could hear the front brakes scraping on the rotor, not touching the brake lever.

A light drag is normal. Put the bike on stands give the front wheel a spin and you should get a couple rotations before it stops
