Haven't tackled it yet. Been working on finishing up wainscoting in the nursery. It is the priority. But will get after this project in the next few weeks.

Oh how i miss those days of riding peoples packages around waiting for them to leave so i could leave them a note saying UPS made a delivery attempt lol. Don't forget to tip your driver ! It insures prompt delivery , lol

Why in the world is it so damn difficult to come up with easy camp dinner recipes? No I don't want to bring along 39 ingredients and spend an hour cooking, I don't even do that at home. But I also don't want hot dogs for every meal. Anyone have any suggestions?

Or even get those frozen pasta meals (also asian meals) in the freezer aisle that only require heating them up in a pan/pot.

That's what I usually do. They thaw out in my truck fridge but I cook them within 48 hours of taking them out of the freezer so there's never been a problem. I worry about them being thawed for much longer, though I have nothing to back that up.
