I got the bed pulled off the F250 on Sunday.


I scraped a lot of rust scale off the frame as well. I’m waiting for my needle gun to show up. I’ll be cleaning the frame up as well as possible. I need this thing to last forever!



Then I had to very sketchily balance it on the front end of the bed on top of dollies, spin it 180 degrees, and then lower it down upside down.



I can’t wait to get to cutting!
